September is Suicide Prevention Month, a reminder of the challenges Tennessee continues to face with high rates of suicide among teenagers. Leading the state is right here in Hamilton county just as the school board voted to discontinue its mental health services with an outside company…..the reason still unknow….but this morning parents do need to know this about the mental health crisis as we hear from utc’s Dr. Elizabeth O’Brien heads up the school’s  behavioral healthcare training program
