They say that Music is the language of the heart, and there is no better way to express our emotions through song and that is exactly what one Chattanooga family did to honor a loved one. The music is called "Casting a Line" and it was composed in memory of Dr. Sam Binder, a physician who practiced for 40 years in Chattanooga….doctor Binder was also an accomplished amateur cellist, and often played in quartets and local community orchestras. He was an avid deep-sea fisher, and collected visual art. So this information was given to a utc music professor and here is what transpired…..
