The Chattanooga mayoral field in March will be far less crowded than it was four years ago, when 16 candidates competed to replace outgoing Mayor Andy Berke. Mayor Tim Kelly will run for reelection against challenger Chris Long on March during the March 4 city elections. This morning, we want to talk to Mr. long who describes himself as a conservative, and his main priorities are increasing paving and investing in other infrastructure improvements, along with curbing crime, homelessness, and unauthorized immigration.
