Chef Terry Tucker of Freedom Village passed along recipes for cheese tortellini and kale soup, Irish soda bread, roquefort pear salad, sesame asparagus salad, vegan garbanzo bean salad, curried turkey salad with cashews, slow-cooked honey garlic chicken, shepherd’s pie, pork chops with rhubarb sauce, roasted beets, kriek cabbage, roasted sweet potatoes and onions, chocolate flourless torte, and pear bread, during his monthly appearance on Mar. 10, 2025.
