On Talk@7 with Zakia Ahmed Siddiqi - Durban based fitness trainer, Taariq Stokes will embark on 704km run from Johannesburg to Durban on Wednesday to raise awareness for men’s mental health. The run will take about 76 hours to complete. The 25-year-old, along with 11 other runners, are hoping to raise 50-thousand-rand to support mental health institutions and establish community workshops to offer support to men who are struggling with mental health issues.
