How Solar Panels On California's Water Canals Could Help State Conserve

A recent feasibility study published in the journal Nature Sustainability found that covering 4,000 miles of California’s water canals with solar panels could save the state 63-billion gallons of water annually. Plus, the renewable power generated from the solar panels could help California reach its 2030 decarbonization goals.
