This week, Bill talks with 2nd Ward Alderman Brian Hopkins. He represents much of the north side near downtown and parts of downtown. Hopkins discussed what his hopes and fears are for the Brandon Johnson Administration. Johnson will be inaugurated on Monday. Hopkins accepted a position offered by Johnson to be the new chairman of the Public Safety Committee even though Hopkins supported Paul Vallas in the election.

The round-table with Heather Cherone, Greg Hinz and Ray Long talked about the legacy of Lori Lightfoot and what they expect from Brandon Johnson when he takes office. They discussed Donald Trump's townhall on CNN and the death of Newton Minow.

And finally, Bill played a part of one of Lori Lightfoot's final speeches as Chicago Mayor from earlier this week.
