ACT 2 / PART 1: In Northern Michigan, DUTCH NYBERG was set to quit the rust-belt town of Twelfth, forever. However, on the eve of her departure – her three idiot brothers: JP, RAIF and MORT, murdered the right-hand-man of the billionaire, KURT THOR, whose plans to build an autonomous car factory in Twelfth have been thrown into turmoil by the killing.
