Pascale Terra Deau is French Caribbean from Martinique, Black American, and Tsistitas (Cheyenne).  She works at the intersection of human development and sustainability. She is the creator of Haumea Ventures, a consulting firm that helps bring to life transformative and sustainable ideas and initiatives. Pascale is also the co-founder of Archery Foundation, an organization that supports young talents from French disadvantaged neighborhoods from the time they enter high school to the time they begin their professional journey. She holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on spirituality from the California Institute of Integral Studies and is currently pursuing a Master's in Sustainable Management at Columbia University.
