How do teachers view their profession, morale, work and impact? In Year 2 of our seminal State of Teaching project, Education Week will release updated findings from our teacher morale index and exclusive survey results and reporting detailing teachers’ hopes for the profession, concerns about classroom management, improvements they’d like to see in working conditions, and thoughts about their relationships with their principals and colleagues.  We’ll discuss the implications for teachers and the district and school leaders that support them.
