As federal and state laws regarding cannabis legalization remain in flux, the universe of ingestible, intoxicating/inebriating cannabis products is expanding.  This course will discuss the traditional frameworks for Hemp-Cannabis and THC-Cannabis businesses and how the norms for those frameworks are being challenged as ingestible hemp-derived THC products are becoming readily available to consumers all over the United States.
