The conversation on immigration in the U.S. has become increasingly polarized, particularly in the last 10 years. We want to shift the conversation into a lane that is more digestible for the American public. Through food. We want to revisit what it means to be an immigrant today, how food security is at the crux of the decision for many to immigrate to the US, while also addressing topics like gastrodiplomacy and social enterprises as means to generate goodwill in communities seeing an influx of migrants.
