During the last few years, we have collectively experienced a profound collective trauma, impacting individuals in varying degrees of anxiety, depression, and stress. Of particular concern are the mental health conditions of children, especially those from diverse backgrounds and young girls. This session will present neuroscience-informed solutions to address the challenges that youth encounter.
