Societal structures reinforce our genders daily, from our government IDs to bathrooms, to clothing sizes, to our names. Usually, women and queer people lose. The politicized gender wars can't dissipate if digital design and architecture uphold the same rules.
We'll share examples from around the world of different physical and digital services and rules that reinforce or dismantle concepts of gender and give the audience inspiration and ideas on what we'll all get to do with our power and time once we've moved past the gender wars.
