The creator economy is booming. YouTube found that 65% of Gen Z consider themselves creators, yet only 1 in 10 influencers earn upwards of 100K per year. 
Despite the creator economy gold rush, most creators are unsure how to price their work competitively and fairly, and a wider pay gap is forming for underrepresented creators. Since no mutually agreed-upon performance metrics exist in influencer marketing, creator pay is often determined in a black box.
This panel will discuss how to bring more pay transparency and equity into the creator economy.
