Launched in 2021, the multi award winning Goliath: Playing With Reality - a unique immersive VR narrative taking first person perspective of schizophrenia - is being used across the UK as an empathy training tool within the NHS and other health care providers.  

This panel explores how mental health stigma across healthcare negatively affects both healthcare workers and service users, and the power of immersive experiences to bridge the empathy gap; transforming the culture of wellbeing institutions and improving patient outcomes.
