The Aspirations Incubator is a transformative, evidence-based mentoring model that elevates aspirations and fosters a sense of belonging for rural middle and high school youth. Developed over six years in five rural Maine communities, this place-based youth development model thrives on deep school-community partnerships and innovative mentoring practices.
