While it is true that cannabis and other psychoactive plants have a relatively low chance of overdose and dependence, they are not without risk. This session will focus on developing mindful and healthy relationships with these plants, better understanding what unhealthy consumption patterns look like, what to do if you feel your consumption has become unhealthy, and how to implement harm reduction into your practice to ensure your relationship with these plants is balanced and beneficial.
