Currently, the Latinx community represents only 8% of the tech workforce and a mere 1% of tech leadership roles. The U.S. must adopt policies that significantly invest in this young, growing cohort of innovators. This session explores the infrastructure, investments, and policies needed to ensure AI development includes Latinx innovators.
