Investigations are underway this morning into a high-speed police chase that left an innocent man dead in Western Sydney. The 49-year-old was driving to work when he was hit by a Holden sedan that was being followed by two officers. Questions are now being raised about the 'rules of engagement' during high-speed pursuits.
