SunriseSydney men probed over Philippines terror link
Two men from Sydney travelled to the same location in the Philippines at the same time as the accused Bondi terrorists, prompting police investigations into potential contact between the groups. The Akrams spent a month in the Philippines, during which they met with a Muslim cleric. Both Australian and Philippine authorities are investigating the nature of discussions held during that meeting.
