Yeah, mon, good morning. It could be a life changing announcement for the met Endez brothers. This could really be their shot at freedom. In just a few hours time. We're expecting to hear from the La County District attorney. He has been reviewing new evidence in this case based on sexual abuse claims. At the time, Eric and Lahl Menendez claimed that they killed their parents in self defense because they were being sexually abused by their father, but prosecutors successfully proved that that was not the case, that they killed them out of greed because they wanted to inherit their family's wealth. Well, new evidence has now been brought forward and the district attorney has been reviewing it. Now there are a few scenarios that could play out here based on that evidence, district attorney could say it's not strong enough. The men need to stay behind bars, or he could recommend that their sentence be looked at again. If he does do that, then it will go back to a court and a judge will ultimately decide. We will find out what his decision is in just a few hours time.
