A Melbourne teen is being hailed a hero after saving his dad's life not once but twice. Kip Merton was just 15 when his father Mark first suffered a cardiac arrest while they were home alone last year in April. But with help from a triple-0 operator, Kip was able to perform CPR and resuscitate him.
