Indonesian police are stepping up the search for two masked gunmen with Australian accents after a fatal shooting left one Melbourne man dead and another, Sanar Ghanim, injured. Ghanim, linked to Victoria’s underworld, has been released from hospital under police guard. Authorities believe the attack was targeted.
