Aussies right across the country are being urged to switch off from social media today as part of a national campaign called 'Unplug-24'. The man behind it is Melbourne dad Wayne Holdsworth who lost his son Mac after he was targeted on social media. Now,  Wayne wants all of us to switch off for just one day to raise awareness of cyberbullying and suicide prevention.
