The driver behind an alleged fatal hit-and-run in Sydney's eastern suburbs is being urged to come forward. Police are appealing for information about the driver of a white Subaru Outback on Fletcher Street in Tamarama. Neighbours have reported hearing a loud noise followed by a car alarm at the time of the incident.
