Queenslanders are outraged after a teenage boy, known to authorities, allegedly ran a red light in a stolen car, killing an innocent 69-year-old woman. In just 15 minutes, the 16-year-old is accused of hijacking an Audi at gunpoint, injuring 2 police officers, and crashing the vehicle. This morning the teen was charged with manslaughter.
