There's been a big development in the case that gripped Victoria. Relatives of 5 people who were killed when a man crashed his car into the Royal Daylesford Hotel say they are now planning to sue after the driver's charges were dismissed in court. A magistrate declared William Swale was not responsible for his actions, because he was suffering from a medical episode, brought on by his diabetes. But now victim's heartbroken families say the justice system has failed them.
