A third person has faced court over the alleged murder of 17-year-old Phoebe Bishop. Kieren Mittelheuser, 30, is accused of using her phone to interfere with the investigation. He didn’t apply for bail and will return to court in late August. His arrest follows charges laid against Phoebe’s housemates, James Wood and Tanika Bromley.
