A chemical factory fire in North St Mary's, Sydney's west, has created a dangerous inferno with explosions sending flaming debris 150 metres into the air. The volatile blaze hurled burning tyres and barrels towards nearby homes, with residents feeling ground tremors and intense heat from over 100 metres away. Toxic black smoke continues billowing from the facility, prompting authorities to urge local residents to remain indoors.
