Brigitte Bardot, the world-renowned screen icon and singer, has died from cancer at age 91 at her home in southern France on December 28th. Thousands of fans lined the streets of France to farewell the Hollywood legend, who was laid to rest in a sustainable wicker coffin covered with yellow and orange gerbera flowers. Her funeral was attended by her husband, son and loved ones in a simple ceremony as she had requested.
