SunriseBondi shooting funerals as community mourns victims
A mass shooting at Bondi targeting the Jewish community during Hanukkah celebrations has left 10 people dead, including 10-year-old Matilda Britvan and 87-year-old Holocaust survivor Alex Claytman. Funerals are being held for victims including Rabbi Ali Schlanger and Rabbi Yaakov Leviathan, while 17 people remain hospitalised. The community has raised nearly $2.5 million for Ahmed Al Ahmed, who disarmed one of the gunmen during the attack.
