102-year-old super-ager reveals secrets to longevity

Brian Barry, aged 102, shares his insights on longevity and life lessons spanning nearly a century. Born in 1924, he attributes his wellbeing to not smoking or drinking, maintaining strong family bonds, and living day to day. This super-ager has shared his beloved wife's experience with dementia, and urges us to understand that while ageing is inevitable, dementia is not.
