Wendy and her husband, Peter Francis, have three married children and eleven grandchildren.
Wendy is known in Australia for her activism on social issues, particularly concerning women and children. She been instrumental in shaping public policy across successive governments, earning respect from senior government ministers and policymakers. Her proven ability to advocate politically for justice and for the marginalised has made her a valued member of not-for-profit boards including Samaritans Purse Australia, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Vision Christian Ministry, RealTalk and Interseed. 
Wendy is the author of four children's books - What Are Little Girls Made Of?; What Are Little Boys Made Of?; Turn, Think Tell; and I've Got a Secret published by Connor Court 

In recent times thousands of Aussie Christians have been unable to get to church, due to lockdowns and restrictions. For many, because of health, work or other reasons, this is nothing new. Whatever the reason, if you can’t be at church this Sunday, let Vision bring church to you!

Carl Mutzelburg is a passionate Christian leader with more than twenty-four years of ministry experience across local church, community, and not-for-profit settings. 
Carl currently serves as the campus pastor of Gateway Baptist church ?' City Campus.
Having served in a range of pastoral and leadership roles?'including seven years as a Youth Pastor, three years as Executive Pastor, and over a decade as Senior Pastor at Catalyst Church in Ipswich?'Carl has a depth of experience in preaching, pastoral care, leadership development, and organisational management.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and a Master of Arts from the Australian College of Ministries (ACOM). His passion for the local church, combined with years of hands-on ministry, has equipped him to navigate the intersection of faith, leadership, and the joy of seeing the church move towards its God mandated potential.
Beyond ministry, Carl has also been active in business, charitable work, and the political arena.  Carl is married to his wife, Jess, who is a Speech Pathologist, and together they are the proud parents of three daughters?'Kami, Evie, and Summer. Together they love going on holidays, playing letter jam or simply sharing a meal on the rare occasions they are all home at the same time. Carl is a member of his local rotary club, budding author and member of the mighty Brisbane Broncos.
