Brett Barbre – Water Issues Consultant and former member of the Metropolitan Water District Board – As water restrictions impact 6 million southern California residents restricted to one day per week outdoor watering, we hear that there is a lot of water right underneath our feet in Southern California.  Why are we not doing more “showers to flowers” efforts to re-use water like in Orange County?
