John Eastman – Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service, Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University -- The Supreme Court has declined to review part of an Indiana abortion law signed by then-Governor Mike Pence.  The Supreme Court did uphold a portion of the law that required the fetal remains from abortions be buried or cremated.
