For the first time, Fresno City Manager Georgeanne White breaks her silence over the City's litigation against Granite Park and Terance Frazier. This week, the city not only took over the Park but also started making upgrades. The City Manager also reveals she is in talks with the District Attorney and says Fraziers has made millions of dollars during his time as operator of the park and President of the Central Valley Community Sports Foundation.
