A Valentine's Day high school massacre in Parkland resulted in the deaths of 17 people; and it's the 25th anniversary of the 1993 murder of 12-year-old Jennifer Odom, who was abducted from her bus stop in Pasco County and found dead a week later in an orange grove in Hernando County.
