Gary Ray Bowles goes on a murdering spree 25 years ago up and down the Interstate 95 corridor from Daytona Beach to suburban Maryland. The "I-95 Killer" becomes the 99th death row inmate to be executed in Florida since the death penalty was reinstated in 1976.
