I have an agreed amount within my budget for clothing, shoes & accessories - I don't always use this and if I don't I save it for another time.
I am a super fussy shopper - I take my time and I have high expectations around quality, versatility and 
I understand that there will always be beautiful things to buy - I don't need to buy everything immediately.
If I buy something special, I need to think of 5 occasions that I will wear this item before buying.
I pay for everything in cash with my debit card - or immediately transfer my cash to my credit card. 
I have list in my phone as to what I bought, the amount and the date - I can see how often I am shoppingd and how much I am spending!
