Lexa was dealt with a devastating blow after completing her Masters in Psychology: the world had shut down after coronavirus had spread rapidly. Whilst she was unemployed for a few months she started documenting her financial journey on social media, which eventually emerged as a lucrative game-changer (Instagram @theavocadotoastbudget).
