Cristian Machado is known to metal fans for his time in Ill Nino but the singer is releasing a solo album this year, "Hollywood Y Sycamore." The album is described as dark acoustic metal. "Die Alone," the first single, will be out digitally on May 8.

Cristian and I talk how recording "Hollywood Y Sycamore" was very different than anything he's ever done, choosing what covers and Ill Nino songs to include on the album, tour stories, and life. It's a great chat and amazing insight into the singer's life and where he's headed.
