From UFOs two, Ghosts and government cover ups. History is writted with unexplained events. You can turn back now or learn the stuff they don't want you to now. Welcome back to the show. My name is Matt, and i'n Ben and Ben. What is this? Oh? Well, if you are Jim Carrey or someone unfortunate enough to see his appearance on which late night show was that? I think that was Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Kimmel, then uh, you will see what I believe was an attempt at humor that just felt kind of flat. It was on the nose, was harsh force. I'm a fan of Jim Carrey and that just wasn't That just wasn't firing on all cylinders. Ladies and gentlemen. This is stuff they don't want you to know. And the physical action that Matt is talking about is, Uh, if you if you're not driving, you can do this right now and it will freak out whomever is sitting next to you while you're on headphones. Uh, just extend your hands out, palms facing outward, and then make a triangle with your pointer fingers and your thumbs. Right, you got it, You got your triangle. All right, and uh, now put it over your face so that your pointer fingers right there on the bridge of your nose and it makes a triangle around your mouth, and then stick your tongue out and wag it. Uh. That's what Jim Carrey did. It's the all mocking tongue, and it's we got a couple of emails about that. I just wanted to bring it up at the top, and we noticed that it was kind of this allusion to the all seeing eye I suppose, um, and like you said, an attempt at humor. It was. It was interesting. I kind of give Jim Carrey a little credit. I've never seen anyone do that before on a talk show. I give him, Uh, I give him way more credit for not being afraid to talk about issues that most people ignore. Pretty sure, I don't completely agree with him about everything, but you know that's not my job. Well, the reason we're coming to you today is to respond to some of the things you've written to us, because we are a lot of the time get all caught up and everything we have to do during the week, and we don't get to give you a personalized you know, hey, we we hear you, and we want to we want to talk with you about these things. So that's what today's episode is all about. And I think we're just gonna get started in and just go through and respond to some things, right because we're about to go on a vacation. You're about to go on a vacation. I'm about to go on a vacation. Yeah. It's this is our listener mail Extravaganza, ladies and gentlemen, and we are so excited to finally finally be able to talk about some of these things that were so great we had to read them and respond on air. We've got some Facebook, We've got some Twitter, We've got some emails. So, as you said, Matt, let's just dive into it. I'm gonna start with a couple of Facebook, Uh, just messages if that's okay. Uh. This first one is from rav Deep and he says, do you guys plan to write a book? Yeah? I just responded to that actually this morning because I've been putting together some books in my private life. But I think Rob Deep is uh specifically talking about his stuff that they don't want you to know book. I think it's a great idea. You do you think people would read it. Do you think to be into it? I think it would make a nice coffee table book. Just make it that way. Or maybe we could do an online electronic book. Yeah, but there's something about a physical book. It would be cool. Yeah, if we could do it. Um, let's see if the listeners would be interested. Guys, let us know if you think it's a good idea to write a book. And also, Rob Deep, if you're listening, UM, let us know if you think it's a good idea. Because you didn't say it would be a good idea, are you going to do it? I know when I replied, I wondered if you would go, no, it's terrible, Please don't. Alright, So, uh, let's see what's next here. The next one comes from John from Texas. This I thought was a really interesting take on some of our we covered guns in America, gun laws and the views from the public about guns. And it's kind of long. I'm only gonna I'm gonna paraphrase and read just a little bit here. But he said he read most of, not all, all, of our article about gun deaths in America. It seems to me that one blindingly obvious fact that nobody wants to talk about is As far as I know, most of the mass killings in the past decade have occurred in gun free zones. And he goes on to say that guns are mere tools, and like any tool, it could be used well or badly. You can get killed with a hammer. Should we ban hammers? You can drown? Should we should be banned water? I understand these things are absurd, but to me, so does blaming a gun for the actions of a person holding it, our keyboards the cause of mean things being said online. You know that that's a great comparison. And we have, uh, we have an abiding interest in the state of guns in the United States. Everyone who lives in the States should right, uh. And it's extraordinary when you consider some of the various ways the statistics stack up. Canada, oddly enough, has a comparable gun ownership rate for the population, much much lower incident of um of gun deaths, and I wonder, I wonder why that is. Of course, our skyrocketing inequality might have something to do with, Yeah, gun control in gun laws in the US or something that are so much more complicated than perhaps you would want to believe. If you're listening to talking points from either side of the aisle or you know, from anyone who has an agenda in the issue. Um, And there's no one thing that I can say for sure is that there's no easy fix for guns being used incorrectly. When I say incorrectly, I just mean to harm other people on purpose, um with malice. And you know the something we're probably gonna have to go back over ben as soon as maybe some legislation comes about. Who knows. With with the midterm elections in the US, we might see some interesting things in the next two to four years. Yeah, you think people will vote, I don't know, man, We'll see, We'll see what happens. So we have a letter from suburi U that says, here's an episode suggestion their conspiracies about the cause of the sinking of the cruise ferry MS Estonia that I think that could be a good topic to cover. Yeah, we haven't done any sunken ship shows, which is weird. We talked about we talked about some false flag stuff, I think Golf of tonkin Um, but we haven't talked about the Lusitania theories, or the Titanic or uh USS liberty. Yeah, the USS liberty and the Titanic are both ones that I have in personal interest in, so I want to I'd love to check those out, so maybe we can get to those if those seem like something that would be interesting to you guys. Oh, James says, do you guys have anything on the New Madrid fault line in Southeast Missouri? Yes, James, we do. Unfortunately, when we made that episode, I believe I made the error of calling it the New Madrid fault. It's the New Madrid Fault. But we do have a great episode on it, and it covers most of the story about how dangerous this fault line is to the continental United States and if interruption occurs, really bad things will happen. So i'd recommend searching for it. Just do stuff. They don't want you to know, New Madrid Fault. So here's another email. This comes to us from Tim B. Tim says, I just watched your video about middle class in America. As usually, you didn't let me down. It was both entertaining and informative. Shucks him, nice, butter me up. I found interesting you were take on the US exclusivity of middle class as a status, the idea of the middle class lifestyle as promoted by both government and industry after World War Two, was uniquely American. But I do recall that industrialized Britain had a firmly established middle class that faltered only with the crash of twenty nine. Except for the Bourbs, I don't see the difference. But as an American, you may have your own unique perspective, Tim goes on me, I'm a Canadian born and raised. I sometimes feel like I'm American, largely because all but a couple of the TV stations I grew up with came from Detroit, pavelndener A, Pennsylvania. Uh. The reason I want to write was say, the middle class that rose from the end of World War Two, although some argue it was the beginning, wasn't just American phenomenon. It also have much the same way here in Canada. Canadian subsidiaries of companies like g J. M Ford, Chrysler, Motorole, etcetera. We're on exactly the same program the US started to produce products and services needed to win the war. I was born about five years after the war, En didn't grew up what was considered an upper middle class household. Now this, the letter goes on, so I'm gonna go a little bit further down, but I thought it was very interesting to have um this perspective on the Canadian middle class, which we didn't need to talk about. Uh So, Tim signs off with the line that I think you guys might enjoy economically speaking, says to him, Canada is that extra shift that keeps things running smoothly nice, which, uh which I think is kind of given Canada the short, short cell. But but yeah, thanks for writing in, Tim. Thanks to Tim. I wonder if Tim watched things like Full House or some of the sitcoms that we grew up with coming out of Detroit. You know, I am also interested in that, and I reiterate I don't think we've ever said this on the air, but I reiterate that sitcom themes are the best part of sitcoms. I think there's so many sitcoms that have these beautiful songs the beginning, and then the show is garbage. All right, Well it's not for me. How about too many cooks? Too many cooks, Matt so Beth says Elisa lamb mystery would be an interesting topic as a podcast. And this is Elisa Lamb is the woman who has found several years ago dead on the roof of the Cecil Hotel I think is the name of the building. She was found in the water tank. And there's that video you can see of her seeming a bit confused. Um, it's I think it's a CCTV footage from an elevator. Yes, this is a mystery. I don't I have no idea how this happened. Yeah, and honestly, I don't know how we would cover it because there's so little evidence there. We could maybe discuss it the possibilities, but there's so little known about what happened that I don't know that a true stuff they don't want you to know. At least classic episode wouldn't make the cut. I don't know if there's enough speculation either, which is strange, you know, because usually a theory of some sort will proliferate. But we haven't heard much with these folks, now, you know. One more of Ben Brent wrote in and said, how about a podcast on the Waco siege and the Davidians. We've done in a video, right, that's right, check it out, man. If you want us to just talk about it on you know, podcast form, maybe we can make that happen, but in the interim, go to our YouTube page and check it out. You'll find you'll find it. So we had a suggestion from Charles W. Charles writes in to say, uh, have you guys talked about the Tunguska event, And oddly enough, yes we have. We just did with our buddy Joe, with Joe McCormick from Forward Thinking. He also works pretty closely with us on a show called What the Stuff and a show called brain Stuff. You can find Joe and all sorts of nooks and crannies and how stuff works. So we have that audio podcast out now. You can check it out and we hope you enjoy it. And then, oh, I love this one, so J writes to us, and I'll keep the details sparse because this talks about money. J writes to us and says, Hi, I've been a matt. I was wondering if you guys have a non PayPal donation address. Thanks Jay? You know what, Jay? Thank you. I don't think you do um And that's the first time I thought somebody ever wrote. They said, uh, the titles donation and a book, So J please send the book, but in lieu of a donation to us, UM if I would tell me what you think of this, Matt and lieu of donation to us, Jay, Uh, why not donate to UM A charity for literacy if you're looking for something, right, a charity for helping anybody, anybody anywhere. Just and not that we don't appreciate. We do profoundly. We're we're grateful. We think that. Um. There are other people that could use the donation more. Yeah, there are people who are doing good out there that are just doing it, you know, in a voluntary basis. Yeah, they need they need your help. We're just two guys talking on a mic and making videos. Man. Oh and our super producer. No, let us not forget the scully of the audio studio. You would hear none of this if he wasn't here. All right, So here's another one. We have so many people writing to us about the Tom and Shut case. Jack G wrote to us back in October. A couple other people write to us every one. Every couple of weeks, we'll get some stuff on YouTube or some stuff on Facebook. And we have covered this case. But boy, talk about mysterious huh. Yeah, I don't think we went into nearly enough depth for people's tastes. We could do the audio version. I think we just did a video. Yeah, I think the audio will will help flesh it out. Okay, so we're gonna continue with our listener mail extravaganza and possibly something that you wrote to us will be read on the air in just a second. But first a word from our sponsor. Welcome back everybody. We're going to continue with a message from happy Mendo Girl. She says, Hey, I love the show. There are a couple of topics I'd really enjoy hearing your thoughts on. The first being r H negative blood types. There's a lot of misinformation about it and some really interesting truths that are worth looking into. The other is the Blue people of Troublesome Creek. Yes, I see, I don't know what this is, um if they're talking about the same thing. There is a small population in Kentucky, I believe, and they had, due to some genetic abnormalities, blue skin. Oh is this the silver not the colloidal silver? People know this. These people were genetically naturally blue, and their descendants around today. However, this came about because of some insular breeding practices. So as the as the group moves out, into the modern world. Uh, the blue nature is less and less pronounced. I think I read somewhere that when the survivors, you know, when the living descendants, he just has uh this thing where his fingernails will turn bluish or his lips will turn blue. That's fascinating and you can actually you can see pictures of these guys and they are blue. I'm not a color doctor, but that is definitely blue. Dude. Well, I am looking into that as soon as we get out of here, out of this. What is the RH negative blood types? Is there a conspiracy behind that? I've never Here's the thing. Blood types are not as precise or cut and dried as we often assume in most cases they are. And it goes down to I believe the antigens in the blood is what determines type. Right. So if you are a universal donor with OH negative blood, what this means is that your your blood has a lack of antigens, which means it can be piped in to any living body, right, it will match other blood types. However, there have been proving cases of people who have blood types that are not like any other blood not TYPO, not type A, not type a b and uh, this is something that was fascinating me. I don't know how much this has to do with RH negative blood, but you know, in Japan there's this belief that a blood type can determine a personality. If you heard this, Oh okay, well it's true. That's I mean, it's true that that belief exists. I don't know if it's I I just I can't see how it would determine a personality. Maybe when our listeners can explain or tell us if we should concentrate more on blood in blood type sounds like an interesting thing that we can at least look into and see if there's something there but the blue people. I'm looking up that you're looking at the blue people. Huh so, thank you. Happy mento girl. And here's one that came kind of recently from t J M. T J writes to us, and I hope I'm not pronouncing this incorrectly, t J, but I probably will be, he says bougeo uh boozoo. Greetings. I'm a big fan watch videos. I'm still sifting through podcast while network. Anyway, here we go. Being a native man of the Turtle Mountain Reservation, He's responding to our think about the opium wars. Just as in China and the opium wars, Mexican drug cartel influence, and just as the inner city ghettos in America, have drugs and alcohol been spread throughout reservations in the same manner, is there a plan or even a deal in place with our sovereign nations governments to keep our people down, poor and addicted? Uh. Native American boarding schools were a nice addition to help further our extinction. Where the motto of Richard Henry Pratt was killed the Indian in him and save the man yea. Native children were punished for speaking their language, forced to learn a trade besides farming. Uh. And he said, I see more things that connect commodities reproof from our government for Native peoples. It's disgusting. And he talks about a recent visit that President Barack Obama took to North Dakota and uh he notices how the land is being torn apart for oil and uh, he notices that there is an economic warfare of sorts occurring. That's what he says. And to me, this is fascinating because you and I have not really covered what happened during the expansion of European presence in the New World, or really the the outright genocide against various peoples in the Caribbean and South America. Yeah, yeah, we and if we do that, we should also check out Australia and the programs against the Aboriginal people there. Right, a lot of the same, uh lost or stolen generation stuff is going on and much more recently. Well, who's the name of the person who just sent that in? This is t J M t j U t J. I just watched a show called Top Chef. I don't know if anybody else was watches that. Um, I'm not recommending it. My wife and I just watch it. But anyway, Uh, they had a Thanksgiving episode that just came out, and I thought it was really interesting that they had a Thanksgiving feast for all these chefs to prepare, and at that feast they had the descendants of some of the earliest Americans who came over h and also some descendants of Native Americans sitting at the table together. And the one thing I noticed is that the descendants of the of the pilgrims we're wearing. You could tell by their shirts and their clothing that these were some extremely wealthy people and maybe they just got something really nice to be on TV. Maybe, but they spent thousands of dollars on the clothes that they came, that they brought to this dinner. Are you saying these folks with blue blood smet I'm saying they were. They just had some money. I don't know how they got it. I don't know where they got it. Um, But it was very interesting contrast to UH, to the Native American you know, people who are there, And it just made me think of the disparity and just economically and you know, there's no way around it. And it is true that the economic inequalities that exist today are descended from these these precedents. Right. We know that generationally it's very very difficult for one group of society to catch up, especially if another group has a head start and wants to stay on the front. We see this in a number of ways. UH. One thing that was interesting to me is I read this article earlier this week that said, is the United States? You know, is it? Is it an economic superpower because of slavery? Did slavery propel the uh? The United States? And when we say slavery. Of course, this isn't just the chattel slavery of the Middle Passage. This is also the subjugation of native people. This is also the importation of uh Chinese workers right, um, even some indentured Irish servants. Uh. It's it's an interesting question. I had always traced the United States economic ascendants to post World War Two, when they're one of the only Western powers that still as a manufacturing base them in Canada. But then you take it back further and you just can see these traces. They go, oh, I mean, Ben, it makes me want to look back at moneyed powers throughout history. And I know our show maybe doesn't have the capacity to look that deep and that wide, but it makes me want to do something about that, about money and hour throughout time. And let's go throughout space or explore space a little bit. Here Roger Gossip writes to us and says, here's another location you can add to places Google Earth doesn't want you to see Google Vincenza, Italy. Just on the north edge of town, there's an airport with a rutten way running due north and south. The western part of the airport is covered over with an apparent fake plot of buildings. I was stationed there in the late fifties and the US currently operates numerous helicopters from there, and reportedly it's also a base of operations for Special Forces, which is weird. There are a lot of hidden bases out there, you know, sounds. If you want to have an island adventure, if we can just talk about island adventures briefly, if you want to have an island adventure, we're gonna we're gonna hit you into two rabbit holes Diego Garcia Good one and North Sentinel Island. So Kings tell us a little bit about North Centinel Island that you gotta check out. First of all, the video that Ben and I made on North Central Island. It's fascinating. Their their native people there who have lived there for I don't even know how long, because nobody can get on this island to do any kind of research because the people, if if approached by a boat of people, they will attack because I mean, they don't under Maybe it's they don't understand. Maybe they do understand what the outside pressure of of you know, other people's means to them, like the change. Yeah, um, either way, it's a fascinating thing to look into. And again I can't reiterate enough. Check out the video. Then you do a great job of explaining what's going on. They're very kind. That's very kind. You do a great job of explaining. I did a great job of holding a video camera. Next, we're gonna head over to David. David says, Hey, man, Ben, I thoroughly enjoy your program. Thank you, sir. I'm writing to express interest in a podcast covering the Trans Pacific Partnership and the one and one year rule. And he puts rule in quotation marks of the Federal Reserve. Huh nice, Okay, Dave, we could look into that. Tell me what you're thinking about it. Man, Well, the Trans Pacific Partnership I really want to cover in depth. We've got some leaked documents about it, but I don't know exactly how you know, I don't know if they're real. A lot of the stuff it's hard to know, um, and there are so many, so many rumors about it. I think maybe we need a little more information. The problem is if nobody talks about it and it just gets past, then you know, possibly these rumored things are just going to be in effect, Well, let's go ahead. Then, let's go ahead and do an episode on the t p P. We'll do it sooner rather than later. Uh, speaking episodes we've done, Aaron Arabian writes in and says, love to show you guys. As far as cults intelligence agencies episodes, you left out a big one. The Finder, when most bizarre scary groups have ever heard of, apparently has heavy c I A involvement. Well, Aaron, I want to thank you for the comment. We also thought it was a great idea. We scrape the information together that you can find about the Finders, and there's not that much. And there are a couple of good interviews, right, they're widely reprinted, and there's one guy who's been spending some time writing a book on the Finders. Anyway, we put out the video. A lot of you guys when watching said, well, this is kind of vague, and unfortunately we you know, we can't make stuff up. We have to work with what we have. But still what we did find is legitimately strange. I think that they clearly have worked with foreign powers um and probably with the CIA as well. Yeah, well, they they freely admitted to working with foreign groups, just not foreign governments, right, Yeah for intelligence collection. Yeah, spooky stuff man, and just they happen to have some kids, but they were taken care of that were malnourshed and dirty. Anyway, it's really creepy. Watched the video, you know, hop over to Horatio. Horatio rode in and says, hey, love shows. It's awesome and informative. Thank you, Horatio, keep up the good work. Well. I was watching this show earlier that does paranoral investigations in Mexico. They did a segment on state Hombre, which translates to this man. According to the show, this man appears in everyone's dreams, not just in Mexico, but in l A, Poland, Brazil, Russia and Japan and throughout the world. This man appears in posters all over the world as well, and the heading says, have you dreamed of this man? Have you ever seen this online? I've heard of this the picture it just looks like a kind of a nondescript guy. Um. But everyone, not everyone, but in a lot of the cases, the people who see this person a report to see this person draw almost the exact same image. And it makes me wonder if maybe people have just heard about this and it's becoming some kind of meme, or if it's just something that's our internal uh, our internal vision of what a human being looks like in the ethereal dream state, something arc type, or maybe there's something to this guy. Maybe there's something they don't want you to know. Oh snap, So, Horatio, I love the idea, and I think we might have to look into that very soon. Thank you for writing in. All right, and let's go to Twitter. We would be remiss if we didn't do this, right because we're active on Facebook and Twitter, and we have a website which that reminds me need to update it. Uh so, Indigo Child writes to us. And you were talking Indigo Child earlier today. I live in Missouri with the recent Ferguson incident. Could you look into hire protesters or instigators. We've done peace on agent provocateurs, right yeah, yeah, uh. He actually makes some pretty awesome beats, by the way, Oh does he? Yeah? All right, I was thinking maybe we should get him to make something, if not null, for that special project we've always talked about. M hmmm, well, let us know if you are interested, Indigo Child, and uh, then we had some other readers, Dean being one who points out that one thing we did not mention when we said when we talked to in the Opium Wars about exports that Europe really wanted, we didn't mention the biggest one, which is t ah well T there go T was also a big one. Uh. That's where all those saints come from. One of those would be like, who cares about the price of tea in China? It's a there's a lot of strange history hidden in relatively innocuous figures of speech. We got this great great uh thing a tweet from a surrender and I hope i'm a pronounce your name correctly, sir, who told us about a cult in India? Did you see this from the Times of India? Okay, So the police were scared to bring this preacher sunt Rampaul from his fortified as from uh. So they were worried that his followers would riot if they tried to do it. Um. And apparently he has a private army ready for a retaliatory attack. Uh. This was as of November six, so we're still following this story. But it's uh, it's just amazing to me how many incidents like this occur that never make it to the news. We would have never known about this if we hadn't received this tweet, So thank you very much. Let's see we want to do um. Well, you know what, We're almost out of time because we have to head out, so uh with a brief congratulations to uh Charles the Madman manson. Yeah, getting married, Many happy returns. Um. You know I've heard people say that marriage is a mistake everyone should be allowed to make. Um. Wow, yeah that was my I think it was something my dad said approval of people getting married. Yeah, my mom was in the room too. Man. Anyhow, before we go, one last word, I guess should go to you do you? You got one last thing? There are so many people that wrote in. I just wanted to acknowledge everyone. We do read every single thing. It's just taking the time to write a reason and a response to that is worthy of what you people are writing in. It's difficult for us. I just want to acknowledge every single person to wrote in and thank you for just being active with us and keeping our minds going. This is your show, yeah, because if we I mean, if we didn't have anybody telling us, hey, you're you're doing okay, guys, keep going, keep doing it, or hey, here's something new to look into. Hey you screwed this up? Now exactly we we need to know all of it. We love it, and uh just really thank you. So uh with that in mind, we're going to do a listener mail episode again in the future. If you're contact with us did not make it onto the air this time, Uh, don't feel bad. We we just didn't have very much time when we have so many people we'd like to get to and so we are heading out. If you have written to us, tweeted us, message us, texted us, thrown a passenger pigeon at one of our houses or cars or whatever, Uh, do not despair. We are going to do another listener mail episode pretty soon, and if you would like to be on the air, go ahead, and now's the time. Facebook message us, tweet us right to us directly. Our email address is conspiracy at how stuff works dot com. And have a happy Thanksgiving everyone, mm hmm. From one on this topic.
