Voice for Vision (Smart Glasses)

Lizzie Eastham and Sam Rickard present Studio 1 - Vision Australia Radio’s weekly look at life through a different lens.

On this week’s show

“Voice for Vision (Smart Glasses)”

Lizzie and Sam explore the debate surrounding smart glasses within the blind and low-vision community. They discuss personal perspectives on adopting high-tech eyewear, financial/NDIS funding barriers, and privacy concerns sparked by public backlash. Guest Jonathan Craig joins to outline the Voice for Vision campaign and explain why accessibility and privacy must be balanced by policymakers.
