150: Increase Your Studio Revenue Through Upsells and Merchandise

Today during our show mode exclusive. This is the last episode of this pop up series on the podcast. Here today, I am going to just touch on costumes, because costumes is such a big part of every concert. So regardless of how you obtain your costumes, or regardless of how you sell your costumes, whether that be, you know, a higher model or for sale model, or an inclusive package model, regardless of all of those things. At the end of the day, there needs to be systems and processes in place so that you can keep track of what's happening with the costumes, not just prior to show, but also during the show, and just having those organizational techniques in place so backstage is not absolute mayhem. I actually just did a reel on my social media. It should be on Instagram and Facebook, and if you don't follow me, there guys make sure you do at Josephine lancuba, but yeah, I just did a real recently, and it actually shows you when all the costumes came in from one of our musical productions, and the rows and rows of it like it looks like absolute chaos. But there are systems in place, which we must follow to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that we're not losing items or, you know, having the dressing rooms, for example, look like a garbage tip, because that that can be quite a big thing as well.
