Dear Steve and Shirley, I am a black young lady in my mid 20s and I have been in debt since I graduated from college in 2016. I assumed I would be stepping out into the real world and paying a few bills, but not as many as I have now. While I was in college, my mom opened multiple credit cards in my name and proceeded to max them all out on her bills and personal items.
