Born in 1948 in Burbank, California, Ed Kemper had a tumultuous upbringing which culminated in the double murder of his own grandparents at the age of 15. However, following favorable psychological assessments and good behavior, he was released by the time was in his early twenties; only to fully unleash his demons.
