In April 2010, authorities would be called down to a motel in Incheon, South Korea, to witness a strange but unfortunate event. Mr Kim had called in a distressed manner, saying that his girlfriend had become unconscious following a night of drinking and partying in their room. His girlfriend would tragically pass 16 days later from suffocation.

But while investigators quickly ruled the case as an accident, the victim's father didn't give up so easily. And after a bit of digging, he would soon discover that what happened to his daughter may not have been an accident at all.
