Taryn Brumfitt leads the Body Image Movement, teaching people to love and appreciate their bodies. She is also 2023's Australian Of The Year.

In 2016, Taryn's documentary Embrace tackled the serious issue of women’s body loathing and her own path to body acceptance. 

Her work has since reached more than 200 million people, leading her to become an internationally recognised keynote speaker whose work is recognised by UN Women.
