Staying in the AFC, All signs point to the Cleveland Browns releasing disgruntled wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr on Friday. Why on Earth would Cleveland agree to pay OBJ just to go away? That makes zero sense. Moreover, are we sure that there’s this robust market for Beckham once he hits free agency? Perhaps a team like the Kansas City Chiefs or the Green Bay Packers can take a flyer in hopes of reviving his career, but it’s impossible to know if he’s: 1) willing to take a backseat to a better wide receiver, and 2) still even capable of being a difference maker.
